The automotive one. An AEC-Q102-qualified, 3.7 x 3.15 x 0.65 mm RGB LED with an on-package IC that stores the measured optical data of its three dice, can report its own temperature, and addresses itself on the chain. It has two bidirectional SIO ports and eight pads, not four or six, a separate LED supply (VLED) and IC supply (VDD), and a supply range of 4.5-5.5 V. Operating -40 to +110 degC.
It is not a NeoPixel substitute: nothing here can be driven by bit-banging a 800 kHz pulse train, and the telegram format lives in an application note not held by this catalogue. Included because it is what the car industry actually fits. The two orderable codes differ only in blue brightness binning.

Outline and pin positions checked against the manufacturer datasheet (ams OSRAM KRTBI D2LM31.31 v1.2 p21 dimensional drawing, p22 pad numbering (top-side view)). Pad sizes read from the bottom-view drawing and approximate. A small sliver pad on the right edge is drawn on the sheet but not numbered. What this means.

Dating evidence
Nobody announces these parts, so this records what we can actually cite rather than a release date. Library support proves only that the part existed by that date.
