A 1.0 mm pixel with an unnamed “SID” single-wire IC. It is the most-stocked addressable LED in the whole TUOZHAN, TONYU, Guiguang, Meihua, Nationstar batch (LCSC stock 350,790).
Datasheets disagree - OPEN QUESTION: the page-3 pin table says 1 VDD, 2 DOUT, 3 GND, 4 DIN; the pin sketch on page 2 draws “DO (1) - (2) VDD” over “GND (3) - (4) DI” with the same circled numbers on the package view. Pins 3 and 4 agree; pins 1 and 2 are swapped between the two. The catalogue records the table. A designer should check the pad function on a sample or ask the maker before committing a layout. Not verified on hardware.

Outline and pin positions checked against the manufacturer datasheet (C41347988 TZ-H1010 spec p2 (outline, circled pin numbers, polarity marks, land pattern)). Circled numbers on the top view run left to right across the top (1, 2) then across the bottom (3, 4). The sheet's pin table and its pin sketch disagree on which of pins 1 and 2 is VDD (see notes); the table is followed here. The corner terminals are castellations; the 0.3 mm squares are approximate. The recommended land pattern (page 2) is four 0.45 mm pads on a 0.85 mm pitch. The green square and triangle mark the GND (pin 3) corner. What this means.
