TCWIN T-code sheets (headed “RGB LED (built-in IC)”, “Type Txx”) give no IC name or “naming principle” beyond the code itself. This protocol is the group of T-codes whose printed tables are identical; the sheets do not say the parts share one die. Differs from the T63 group in a 60 uA static current, 17 / 38 mA DO drive, 6 kV ESD, storage -50 to 150 C, a 150 ns propagation delay and slightly tighter windows (T0H max 350 ns, low windows from 580 ns).

Refresh & flicker

Data rate 800 kHz typical (1100 maximum), 4 kHz PWM, 24-bit GRB, 5 mA per channel, 60 uA static, 150 ns delay.

Dating evidence

Evidence, not a release date. A library commit proves the part existed by that date and says nothing about how long before.
