The IC in TONYU’s SK6812MINI-E-shaped 3.2 x 2.8 mm part. Its sheet prints a fuller IC table than the older TONYU sheets (output current, thresholds in volts, a 0.6 mA quiescent figure) and a 2024 copyright line.
Refresh & flicker
PWM 1.0 kHz, quiescent 0.6 mA, 800 kbps (page 4). Chip input voltage 3.7 / 5.0 / 5.5 V; input thresholds at VDD 5 V: high at least 2.8 V, low at most 1.8 V. Output drive 10 / 12 / 14.5 mA per channel at VDS 1 V.
Timing

| Min/typ/max table: T0H 200/300/400 ns, T0L 800 ns minimum, T1H 600/670/1000 ns, T1L 200 ns minimum, symbol period 1.2 us minimum, reset above 200 us; T0L and T1L are minimums, not nominals. Low time of a 0 or 1 code under 20 us. Data is high bit first in GRB order (page 8). | ||||||||
Clones & compatibility
“Compatible” is never stated bare here — each relationship carries how strong the claim is, and what bites if you assume too much.

TONYU 6812F
The 2024 TR2 sheet is a newer, different table from the 2019-era 6812F sheet: reset above 200 us (6812F: above 80 us), T1H 600/670/1000 ns (580/640/1000), PWM 1.0 kHz (1.2), quiescent 0.6 mA (1 mA), and logic thresholds of 2.8 / 1.8 V absolute rather than 0.7 / 0.3 x VDD. source ↗

SK6812
Inferred from the part code and printed numbers only; the TONYU sheet never names OPSCO or SK6812. Windows (T0H 200-400, T0L at least 800, T1H 600-1000, T1L at least 200 ns, reset above 200 us, 12 mA typical, 1.0 kHz PWM, 24 bits GRB) line up closely with OPSCO's current SK6812 sheet, and the package is the same 3.2 x 2.8 mm gull-wing outline and pin order as the SK6812MINI-E. Not tested on hardware. source ↗

Dating evidence
Evidence, not a release date. A library commit proves the part existed by that date and says nothing about how long before.
