Datasheets disagree: the title and LCSC name are 3233 (3.3 x 3.2 mm) while the feature list says 3.2 x 3.3 x 0.8 mm; the part name says RGB but the data note says G, R, B. The PCB land pattern is 3.75 mm wide and 3.7 mm tall with two 3.75 x 0.8 mm bars and two 1.4 mm gap middle pads. LCSC stock 380 on 2026-10-15.

Outline and pin positions checked against the manufacturer datasheet (C55382864 BQ-3233RGBH-M5J rev 01 p3). Four pads: a full-width VDD bar at the top, a full-width GND bar at the bottom and two short pads between them, DOUT on the left and DIN on the right (the top view prints VDD at both top corners because the bar spans the width). The sheet does NOT number the pads; the numbers here run counter-clockwise from the top. Pad sizes follow the bottom view (0.825 mm top bar, 0.625 mm bottom bar, 1.125 x 0.95 mm middle pads) and are approximate. What this means.

Compatibility

  • protocol compatible SK6805

    The window table (T0H 0.2-0.4, T0L >=0.8, T1H 0.7-1.0, T1L >=0.2 us, reset 200 us, 5 mA class, GRB) is the min/typ/max shape of the OPSCO SK6805-EC sheets that the sk6805 protocol records; typical values 0.3 / 0.9 / 0.9 / 0.3 us. The Beking sheets never name SK6805. source ↗

Dating evidence

Nobody announces these parts, so this records what we can actually cite rather than a release date. Library support proves only that the part existed by that date.
