Same ‘SID data protocol’ wording as the TUOZHAN H1010 sheet (see tz-sid; that sheet prints no code timings, so nothing can be compared beyond the name). Beking is the LCSC brand; the sheets carry the BQ- prefix and the letterhead of Shenzhen Baiqiang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.

Refresh & flicker

Beking calls it ‘single-line return-to-zero SID data protocol’: VDD input 3.5-5.5 V, 4.5-5 mA constant current per R/G/B channel, default off at power-up, 256 grey levels, 800 kbps, frame synchronous refresh, DIN to DOUT delay 80 ns, PWM 4 kHz. 24 bit per pixel in G, R, B order, MSB first (‘GRB’). The 1010 sheet’s constant current is printed as 4.5 mA while the part number and cover say 5 mA; the 3233 sheet says 5 mA.

Timing

Sources disagree. This is normal and worth understanding: FastLED's numbers are tuned to drive real parts reliably, including clones, while the datasheet gives the manufacturer's nominal figures. Both are recorded here rather than picking one and hiding the conflict.

Clones & compatibility

“Compatible” is never stated bare here — each relationship carries how strong the claim is, and what bites if you assume too much.

  • protocol compatible SK6805

    The window table (T0H 0.2-0.4, T0L >=0.8, T1H 0.7-1.0, T1L >=0.2 us, reset 200 us, 5 mA class, GRB) is the min/typ/max shape of the OPSCO SK6805-EC sheets that the sk6805 protocol records; typical values 0.3 / 0.9 / 0.9 / 0.3 us. The Beking sheets never name SK6805. source ↗

Dating evidence

Evidence, not a release date. A library commit proves the part existed by that date and says nothing about how long before.
