Honglitronic’s 5050 pixel with a PG1288 inside. The evidence that it is a LED-with-IC is the part number (“RGB-IC”), the sheet’s 4-pin outline with OUT/IN functions and the LCSC listing; the sheet itself is mostly the IC datasheet.

Pin numbers and positions are from the page-7 outline. The part is a 5050 turned a quarter turn from the usual layout: the pads sit on the top and bottom edges. If you rotate a WS2812B drawing by 90 degrees the positions are the same, but the pin NUMBERS here differ (1 DOUT, 2 VDD, 3 GND, 4 DIN, against the WorldSemi 1 VDD, 2 DOUT, 3 GND, 4 DIN).

Datasheets disagree: the page-2 pinout is the 8-pin driver; the PWM text says 4 ms while the table says 1.2 kHz; the dimension “2.0” is not consistent with the drawing’s scale (see the shape note). LCSC stock 19,460.

Outline and pin positions checked against the manufacturer datasheet (C7471842 HL-5050RGB-IC-S1-HL spec Rev.01, p7 (outline: top view with numbered pads, back view, schematic)). Row-wise, as printed on the top view: 1 top-left, 2 top-right, 3 bottom-left (the 'notch', 缺口), 4 bottom-right. The schematic gives the functions: 1 OUT, 2 +, 3 -, 4 IN. The part is turned 90 degrees compared with a WS2812B: the pads are on the top and bottom edges. The back view's horizontal pad spacing is labelled 2.0 mm but scales to about 3.6 mm between pad centres; the 3.3 mm vertical label is used for the other axis. Approximate. What this means.

Dating evidence

Nobody announces these parts, so this records what we can actually cite rather than a release date. Library support proves only that the part existed by that date.
