TCWIN T74: a 12 V built-in-IC LED in a four-pad 5050 package, 9-14 V supply (12 V typ), 8.5 mA per channel, cover rating 0.12 W, version A5 dated 2024-07-18. Pins 1 VDD, 2 DO, 3 GND, 4 DIN (same drawing as the 5 V 5050 parts, so the footprint does not tell 5 V and 12 V parts apart). Data order R, G, B; timing 0.3 / 0.9 / 0.9 / 0.3 us ±0.05 us, reset at least 200 us; propagation delay 70-80 ns; input thresholds high >= 2.3 V, low <= 1.9 V at VDD = 12 V; 0.23 mA static.

Outline and pin positions checked against the manufacturer datasheet (C48982527 T74 rev A5 p4). Pin 1 is top-left, numbering runs counter-clockwise, and the chamfer sits at pin 3 (GND), as in the WS2812B. The sheet marks "+" on the pin 1-2 side and "-" on the pin 3-4 side. Pad sizes read from the drawing; the part spans 5.4 mm across the leads. What this means.

Dating evidence
Nobody announces these parts, so this records what we can actually cite rather than a release date. Library support proves only that the part existed by that date.
