TCWIN T77: a 5050-class four-pad LED, 5.0 x 5.3 x 1.5 mm (0.1 mm narrower and thinner than the other 5050 drawings), 12 mA per channel (typical only), version A0 dated 2024-07-27. Pins 1 VDD, 2 DO, 3 GND, 4 DIN. Different drawing from every other 5050 TCWIN sheet (nine-pad back view, cross-shaped land pattern), so filed as its own part. The electrical and timing tables are the same as T65’s, including the doubtful T1L window and the logic-input absolute maximum printed as -0.5 to 0.5 V (see tcwin-t65-2017).

Outline and pin positions checked against the manufacturer datasheet (C48982530 T77 rev A0 p4). A different drawing from the other 5050 sheets: 5.3 mm across the leads, nine-pad back view, cross-shaped land pattern (3.6 mm between the inner pad edges, 3.17 mm vertical dimension). The 3.17 mm is read as a pad-centre spacing; approximate. What this means.

Dating evidence
Nobody announces these parts, so this records what we can actually cite rather than a release date. Library support proves only that the part existed by that date.
