The 5050 PLCC4 member of the single-wire WL-ICLED family, filed as a revision because its PWM frequency, supply floor and timing windows differ from the 2.0 mm and side-view parts.

Refresh & flicker

PWM frequency 2.5 kHz (the 2.0 mm part is 4-6 kHz). Propagation delay 150 ns (80 ns on the 2.0 mm part). GRB, MSB first.

Clones & compatibility

“Compatible” is never stated bare here — each relationship carries how strong the claim is, and what bites if you assume too much.

Dating evidence

Evidence, not a release date. A library commit proves the part existed by that date and says nothing about how long before.
