The same cell as the Everlight 19-C47 and 12-23C: its page-2 tables (DIN to DOUT delay 300 ns, falling time 20 us, input capacitance 15 pF, timing 300 / 900 / 900 / 300 ns +/-80, reset >50 us, R, G, B order, 5 V application circuit) are the Everlight 12-23C tables. Supply abs max 5.5 V, operating -20 to +70 C, 2000 pcs per reel, MSL 3. The sheet header calls it a 3-channel LED driver with 8-bit PWM linear control. LCSC stock 0 on 2026-10-15.
