TCWIN T66: a 3.2 x 2.7 x 0.85 mm built-in-IC LED, 12 mA per channel (9.6-14.4), version A5 dated 2024-07-18. Pins 1 DIN, 2 GND, 3 DO, 4 VDD, numbered clockwise from the bottom-left in the top view; same pin order and drawing as TX1812PXA5 (tx1812-1209) but with the T63-group timing windows and 12 mA drive instead of 5 mA.
Datasheets disagree with themselves: the description line says the body matches a “1209 LED” and the features line says “SMD 3513”, for the same 2.7 x 3.2 mm outline.

Outline and pin positions checked against the manufacturer datasheet (C48982519 T66 rev A5 p4). Numbered clockwise from bottom-left in the sheet top view (1 DIN bottom-left, 2 GND top-left, 3 DO top-right, 4 VDD bottom-right). Half-moon notched pads at the 2.7 mm ends; the green triangle is not explained. What this means.

Compatibility
-
protocol compatible
TX1812
The TX1812 sheets print T0H 245-345 and T0L 545-645 ns; the typical 295 / 595 ns pair lies inside the T63 windows (220-400 / 550-950 ns) and the T63 typicals (300 / 600 ns) lie inside the TX1812 windows, so one stream satisfies both printed sets. Supply, GRB framing and the other electrical tables are the same. Numbers only; no sheet relates the two, and nothing was measured. source ↗
Dating evidence
Nobody announces these parts, so this records what we can actually cite rather than a release date. Library support proves only that the part existed by that date.
