TONYU’s 1.5 mm single-wire IC, “6805” in the part number. In OPSCO’s naming the 6805 digits mean 5 mA; TONYU’s sheet does not explain its digits, but its photometric table is quoted at IF = 5 mA.

Refresh & flicker

PWM 1.2 kHz, quiescent 1 mA, internal supply 5.2 V typical, thresholds 0.7 / 0.3 x VDD (page 8), 800 kbps, same electrical table as the 6812F sheet.

Clones & compatibility

“Compatible” is never stated bare here — each relationship carries how strong the claim is, and what bites if you assume too much.

  • electrically similar TONYU 6812F

Identical timing and IC tables in the two TONYU sheets; the 6805 part is the 5 mA (photometric table at IF = 5 mA, 1.5 x 1.5 mm) one and the 6812F the 12 mA (IF = 12 mA, 5050) one. The sheets do not say whether the current is set by the die or by the LED chips used. source ↗

  • electrically similar SK6805

Inferred from the part code and printed numbers only; the TONYU sheet never names OPSCO or SK6805. OPSCO's SK6805-EC15 sheet (T0H 200-400, T0L at least 700, T1H at least 700 ns, 0.5 mA static, 1 kHz PWM, 200 us reset) is close on bit timing, but TONYU resets after 80 us (not 200 us), PWM is 1.2 kHz and the quiescent current is 1 mA. The pad layout and pin numbering (1 DIN, 2 VDD, 3 DOUT, 4 GND) do match SK6805-EC15. source ↗

Evidence, not a release date. A library commit proves the part existed by that date and says nothing about how long before.
