1.6 x 1.5 x 0.6 mm. Both SKUs use the 5 mA (M3) cell: supply 3.5-5.5 V, static 0.45 mA, VDS knee 0.7 V, in-chip current error under 1.5 percent. Datasheets disagree: the cover calls C52191311 ‘RGB’ while its data-order figure and note are GRB, and the C52191312 cover is ‘GRB’; the data-transfer diagram says reset >=80 us while the table says >200 us. The six-pin sibling CT-1615URGBC/HW-P6-MX1 (C52191314, stock 870) has no datasheet on LCSC and is not modelled. LCSC stock: C52191311 3,040, C52191312 980.

Outline and pin positions checked against the manufacturer datasheet (C52191311 CT-1615URGBC/HW-P6 A2 p2-3). Half-moon pad cut-outs on the 1.5 mm edges are not drawn. Pins run clockwise from the top-left: 1 DOUT, 2 VDD, 3 DIN, 4 GND (circled numbers on the figure). 0.4 x 0.6 mm pads, 0.8 mm between columns and 0.25 mm between rows. A green bar at the left edge in the top view is the only mark. What this means.

Compatibility
-
protocol compatible
SK6805
Same typical bit timing (T0H 300, T0L 900, T1H 900, T1L 300 ns), 800 kbps, GRB order and a 200 us reset as the sk6805 protocol records for the OPSCO 5 mA parts, with a +/-50 ns tolerance instead of min/max windows. Chongtian never names SK6805 or any other maker; the M3 variant is also a 5 mA part, but the M2 variant drives 12 mA. source ↗
Dating evidence
Nobody announces these parts, so this records what we can actually cite rather than a release date. Library support proves only that the part existed by that date.
Where to buy
