TCWIN T69: an RGBW built-in-IC LED, 3.5 x 3.8 x 1.35 mm, six pads, cover rating 0.2 W, version A5 dated 2024-07-18. Pins (p5): 1 OUTW (white PWM output), 2 GND, 3 DIN, 4 VDD, 5 DO, 6 VDDW (separate supply for the white die). Numbered counter-clockwise from the marked top-left corner.

The sheet calls T69 a “four-channel LED driver IC”, data order GRBW, 32 bits per pixel plus an optional 20-bit gain word (five bits per channel, 2.4-39.6 mA in 1.2 mA steps); defaults are 8 mA for R/G/B and 16 mA for W. White: 3-5 lm, colour temperature 5700-6200 K. The IC and timing tables are the same as the TX1812CLL sheet’s (tx1812-rgbw-5050) except for the defaults and the white colour temperature, but the sheet does not name the IC.

Compatibility

  • protocol compatible TX1812CLL (RGBW)

The T69 timing, voltage, thresholds, 32-bit GRBW frame and 20-bit gain table are identical to the TX1812CLL RGBW sheets; the defaults differ (R/G/B 8 mA, W 16 mA against 12 mA) and T69 adds a separate white supply pin VDDW. The T69 sheet does not mention TX1812. Numbers only. source ↗

Dating evidence

Nobody announces these parts, so this records what we can actually cite rather than a release date. Library support proves only that the part existed by that date.
